Q: What does HD 5.1 mean?
A: HD refers to the "High Definition" video file format. "5.1" is another name for surround sound. In order to enjoy the full benefits of HD 5.1, you'll need a high resolution graphics card and monitor capable of supporting at least 1920x1080 resolution. To hear the audio in surround sound, you'll need a computer sound card with 5.1 capabilities and a 5.1 speaker setup.

Q: What kind of computer will I need to play the HD file?
A: At least 2.3GHz CPU with 512MB of RAM. HD files are large and require a lot of computer horsepower to run smoothly...we recommend that you quit all running programs for the best playback experience.

Q: What if I'm on a Mac? Is there a QuickTime version I can buy?
A: Mac OSX is not supported at this time.

Q: How long will it take to download my HD 5.1 file?
A: HD video files are quite large - approximately 800MB. On a typical DSL or cable modem hi-speed connection, it can take as long as two or three hours to completely download.

Q: What if my computer crashes or I lose my Internet connection while downloading the file?
A: You will be given the chance to download again to complete the transfer.

Q: Can I watch HD 5.1 Video files on my HD-DVD or Blu-Ray player in my home entertainment center?
A: No. Files you buy here will only play on your computer. If your graphics card and TV monitor support the DVI interface, you should be able to direct the video output from your computer to your home theater monitor. In order to enjoy the 5.1 surround sound, you will also need a 5.1 compatible audio card and a 5.1 compatible sound system.

Q: How do I play the Quicktime version on my computer? What are the requirements?
A: In order to play Quicktime and iPod® compatible files on your computer, you will need to have the Windows iTunes® application installed on your computer and have an iTunes store account set up with Apple.
